HOLIDAY HARBOR MARINA
Red Snapper Season Continues
The 2018 recreational season for red snapper in both Florida state and federal waters will be open through July 20, closing July 21. This recreational season will include those fishing for red snapper from private recreational vessels.
Complete information for Florida waters, including open dates, gear requirements, size requirements, harvest limits and other requirements, can be found at:
You can find information on open/closed season for various other saltwater fish in Florida waters at:
It is your responsibility to know and adhere to the regulations of the jurisdiction in which you fish and, if different, through which you transit.
Our South Store has frozen cigar minnows and squid available. In addition, it carries various leaders, weights and hooks for snapper fishing. Come by for the best in bait and tackle for your fishing needs.
If you want to show off your catch, customers can deliver or email pictures of their catch brought in to the marina and we will post the pictures on our bragging board for all to see.
4th of July Planning
This year the 4th of July falls on Wednesday. The 10 day period June 29 through July 8 will be one of the busiest times of the season at Holiday Harbor. In order to help assure everyone has an enjoyable boating experience, we ask that dry storage customers:
- Call at least 2 hours before you want your boat placed in the water.
- Recognize that there is not enough dock space at the marina for all launched boats to stay in the water for the week. Therefore, boats returned before closing will be returned to dry storage daily and boats returned after closing will be returned to dry storage early the next morning.
- Know that all wet slips are rented. Therefore, do not dock in wet slips. If you return after closing and the launch area is full, please use the fuel dock or the “T” dock used for docking at Sunset Grille. We will move your boat early the next morning.
We appreciate customers’ help in making the holiday week a great time for all.
Blue Angels At The Beach
The annual Blue Angels events at Pensacola Beach will be July 11 through 14. Make plans now to attend some or all of these “don’t miss” events. This is an incredible experience, best seen from your boat!

July 12 -- Practice flight demonstration by the Blue Angels at 2:00 p.m.

Like the 4th of July week, the weekend of the Blues at the Beach will be a very busy one at the marina. Therefore, we ask that storage customers follow the same launching and docking items addressed above during this weekend. We appreciate you help.
