WELCOME SPRING BREAKERS!
We hope all of our 2017 Spring Break visitors have a great time and carry good memories when you leave. Holiday Harbor Marina and Sunset Grille are ready to help you make those good memories. We can provide a place to leave your boat in the water, fuel, and supplies during your stay in the area. And, Sunset Grille offers great food, service, souvenirs and atmosphere, including the best on-the-water sunsets anywhere. We look forward to seeing you and being of service to you.
DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME HOURS
Daylight savings time begins March 12; spring ahead 1 hour! Because daylight savings time brings an additional hour of daylight in the evening, the marina will be open one hour earlier and one hour later on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Marina hours beginning Friday, March 17, will be:
Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday – Sunday 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
NORTH STORE AND FUEL DOCK
The North Store and Fuel Dock (located next to Sunset Grille) will reopen March 4. At that location you can get marine gas and diesel fuel, as well as ice, convenience items, marine supplies and souvenirs.
GET READY FOR BOATING
With Spring fast approaching, now is the time to get your boat ready for the boating season.
- Our detail department offers everything from a basic wash and wax to a full detail. Give us a call now (850-492-0555) for a quote on any of the services our detail department offers.
- This also is a good time to check your safety gear to ensure it's in good condition and meets Coast Guard requirements. Your vessel needs a life jacket/PFD for everyone aboard, as well as a fire extinguisher, visual distress signal, a sound producing device, etc. All of these items are available for purchase in our Marina ship store at very competitive prices. It's also highly recommended that your boat be equipped with a VHF radio, since cell service on the water can be spotty.
To better serve boaters fuel needs, we will be installing new fuel tanks sometime during late April and early May. The new tanks will give us a greater capacity for marine gasoline and will reduce the likelihood that we will run out of gas during very busy periods.
During the removal of the old tanks and the installation of the new tanks, we will not be able to pump fuel for a couple of days. When the exact timing of that changeover is known, we will make the information widely available, including a posting in our most recent newsletter.
We hope this does not cause any inconvenience for customers. Please call the marina (850-492-0555) if you have questions.
