Holiday Harbor Marina is a family-owned, full-service marina located on beautiful Perdido Key, Florida.

Miles of white sand beaches, tiny islands waiting for you to discover, inshore fishing, offshore fishing, and plenty of protected water, are all just minutes from Holiday Harbor Marina.

We are situated on the Intracoastal Canal between Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL (Map) with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico through either Perdido Pass (Orange Beach, AL) or Pensacola Pass. Our full array of facilities and services can accommodate the needs of both local and transient boaters.

Our on-site restaurant, Sunset Grille, has waterside dining in a relaxed, family atmosphere with the best sunsets views on the Key. We offer a full menu, including fresh seafood daily, a full bar menu and a boating-themed playground for children. And, we are pet-friendly.

Boat Service & Repair

Holiday Harbor Marina does not have an on-site repair contractor. We accommodate customers’ choice of an outside repair service, provided the provider presents evidence of liability insurance before beginning on-site work. Providers are charged a daily nominal fee by the Marina for boat handling and use of a work rack, electricity, water and the like.

Accommodation Rentals

The Marina has two units available for short-term rental, an apartment and a three-bedroom waterfront house.
The rental of both the apartment and the house, including bookings and payment, is handled by By the Sea Vacation Rentals. You can view and make reservations with the following links:

Ship Store

Holiday Harbor has 2 ship stores. One, the “South Store”, is located adjacent to the dry storage facility and also houses our office. The other, the “North Store”, sits dockside along the Intracoastal Waterway canal.
